Our background and experience of investing in and working with a broad range of businesses in the Consumer and Technology sectors has provided us with a deep understanding of how to identify key growth drivers within a company and unlock incremental value.
Prior to GC, Andy worked within the European Private Equity team at GCM Grosvenor, one of the world’s largest and most diversified independent alternative asset management firms. Prior to GCM, Andy worked at Harris Williams, a global investment bank specializing in M&A advisory services, working across a number of different industries including; Consumer, Technology, Aerospace and Defence, Media and Telecoms and Diversified Industrials. Before relocating to London, Andy worked at Kamylon Capital, a Boston-based private equity firm.
Andy has a BComm from University College Dublin and holds a first class honours Masters in Finance from The UCD Michael Smurfit Business School.
Prior to GC, Mark spent several years with Mayfair Equity Partners, a UK mid market PE firm, where he worked on a number of investments, including Fox International, Tour Partner Group and Pixomondo, supporting the founding partners in deploying the firm's maiden fund. Before joining Mayfair, Mark was based in the US working for Capello Global, a Los Angeles based boutique investment bank, and Kamylon Capital, a Boston-based private equity firm focused on buyouts of entrepreneur-led businesses across a wide range of industries.
Mark has an honours degree in Economics and Politics from University College Dublin and holds a Masters in Management Consultancy from The UCD Michael Smurfit Business School.
